Jordon took some photos of the 2011 Salvation Army Biker’s Toy Run today and posted them to Flickr. I went along with him for no other reason than I wanted to see it up in person and it did not disappoint. I was there for about 10 seconds when Laurie from the Centre asked me if I would handle the cash from the barbecue. Once a cashier, always a cashier. I had a fun time helping out and a lot of my customers from Safeway got a kick out of seeing me being a cashier even when I am not at work. It was a fun event with a lot of toys collected and a lot of money raised. Thanks to everyone who came by, dropped off toys, and harassed me for being a cashier in my spare time.
