Hi, My name is Wendy Cooper.  Some of you may remember me as Wendy Hardinge.  I am married and live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan my two boys, Mark and Oliver.

There are a couple of dogs that call our house home as well.  The lead dog is Maggi.  As you can see, I taught her to swim.

There is also my brother in law’s dog that is named Hutch.  He has no eyes.

It appears that  you have found my personal website.  My site consists of a weblog and pages of links on various things that interest me.  I’ve been maintaining all of it since March 2002.

My weblog is devoted to highlighting whatever catches my attention, and I’m interested in lots of things. Some recurring themes are design, theology, Guyana, architecture, cooking, the emerging church, and domestic life.  Since I am an INTP, I don’t post here a lot but when I do, it’s awesome.

When I am not at home, I work at Safeway as a cashier and office girl.  I have a B.Th from Central Pentecostal College oops, I mean Horizon College & Seminary.  It means that I have a lot theological knowledge that I really don’t use that much at all during my day job.  I also work casually at The Lighthouse.

I am Canadian but immigrated to this country from Guyana.  I was born in Georgetown and have never been back but I do post a fair bit about Guyana on my blog.

In my spare time I publish The Cooking Blog which has been mentioned in numerous magazines and newspapers over the last couple of years.  While the blog gets a lot of attention and traffic, it was set up as a place to share recipes with friends and has grown from there.   With us renovating and fixing up our small cabin, I thought I would blog some design and renovation stuff over there as well.
